Potica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 cake yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Measure flour.
    Sift flour.
    Sift with 3 tablespoons sugar and salt.
    Cut in butter (as in pie crust).
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Let stand until foams. Mix egg yolks and cream.
    Add foaming yeast.
    Make dent in flour; add mixture.
