Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.
    Mix together in a bowl eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    When thoroughly mixed, add pineapple, zucchini, raisins and nuts.
    Then stir in dry ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
