Ingredients

12 oz. bag frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
8 oz. tub sour cream
1 yellow cake, baked as directed
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and put in freezer.
Take yellow cake out of pan and split. Take first mixture out of freezer and put all but 1 cup between layers of cake.
Mix Cool Whip with remaining cup of the frozen mixture and use for the icing.
