Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 pt. boiling water
    1/2 pt. pineapple juice
    1 can grated pineapple
    carrots, ground (twice the amount)
Preparation
    Let jello set a while before adding the pineapple and carrots.
    Serve with salad dressing.
