Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Boil cabbage in 2 cups water.
Dice bacon; fry until crisp. When cabbage is done (do not drain water); add bacon.
In the bacon drippings, brown flour, then add the cabbage; stir in vinegar.
Mix and boil about 5 minutes longer.
