Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 6 c. chicken breasts, deboned and shredded
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken
    until
    tender.
    Mix chicken with chicken broth and pour
    in
    a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish sprayed with Pam. Spread sour
    cream over chicken; add saltine crackers.
    Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers.
    Drizzle butter on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Leave lid off if possible.
