Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 pieces buttered bread slices
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt, half and half and mustard.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan:
    bread slices, sausage, cheese and egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes.
