Baked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. brisket
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place brisket, fat side up, in a large pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover tightly and bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove beef and slice thinly.
Arrange in loaf cake pan or roaster.
Remove fat from gravy and pour over beef.
Cover tightly and heat at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
