Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces and wash well
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 inch cooking oil in pan and heat until hot.
    Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Place in oil and keep turning until both sides are brown.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
