Red And Green Pepper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 cloves garlic
pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 small onion, sliced into rings and separated
Preparation

Whisk vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning together. Do in large bowl.
Core and cut peppers into strips.
Slice and separate onion.
Mix all together in bowl.
Toss and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
