Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs (room temperature)
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini, drained
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. unsifted plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease two loaf pans.
Beat eggs and then add vanilla, oil and sugar.
Stir in zucchini.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir into egg mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in pans and bake for 1 hour.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
