Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
1 c. milk
6 hot dogs
4 to 5 medium potatoes, partially cooked
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in non-stick pan.
Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in milk.
Add thinly sliced hot dogs.
Mix in partially-cooked potatoes, diced.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and grated cheese.
