Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. flour
 
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
- 
                            Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
 
Add blueberries.
Set aside.
Mix liquid ingredients.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir lightly.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
