Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cans water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oleo.
    Mix other ingredients and bake about 1 hour in covered casserole.
    A little more liquid may be added near end of baking if rice seems dry.
    Bake at 300 to 325\u00b0.
