Homemade Ice Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, at room temperature
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    confectioners sugar
    1/2 gal. or less ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch Teflon jelly roll pan.
