Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients, but do not knead.
    Roll out dough 1-inch thick.
    Cut into rounds; brush tops with buttermilk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
