Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. poppy seed
2/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation

Using electric mixer, whip the oil and sugar together for a minute.
Add eggs and beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
On low speed, mix in milk and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and blend very gently until just mixed.
Bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
