Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. canned milk
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix flour, 2 cups sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in bowl.
Mix all together in large bowl.
Mash this thick batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Two to three minutes before removing from oven, mix last 3 ingredients. Bring to boil.
Pour over cake that has been punched full of holes with toothpick.
Return cake to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
