Vegetable Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, egg white, oil and water.
    Stir with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Shape into a ball. Place between 2 sheets of wax paper; roll into a 12-inch circle. Place in 9-inch pie plate; flute edges.
    Prick bottom and side of pastry with a fork.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Yield:
    1 pastry shell.
