Lemon Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
juice of 2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Cook all ingredients on top of double boiler until thick.
