Orange Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo or 1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 scant c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given.
    Bake in a Bundt or angel food pan for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
