Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    6 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    2 potatoes, cut up
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    2 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, water, onion, salt, pepper, parsley, marjoram and bouillon 1 hour.
    Add celery, potatoes and carrots.
    Simmer 1/2 hour more.
    Cut chicken from bones.
    Skim excess fat from soup.
