Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. brisket
    onion salt
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    salt
    pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in a flat pan.
    Sprinkle onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt and liquid smoke over it.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Take brisket out of marinade.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 5 hours in covered roaster.
    Slice.
    Add barbecue sauce and bake 1 more hour.
