Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
medium onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
-
Slice onion on top of roast.
Add water to middle of roast. Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
Cool and chill.
Remove solidified fat.
Slice beef thin.
Add liquid and seasonings. Cook 3 to 4 hours over low heat.
