Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 1/2 c. raw long grain rice
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    In greased 3-quart casserole, carefully combine vegetables, undiluted soups, rice and seasonings.
    Fold in raw shrimp and uncooked ground beef, which has been crumbled with fingers.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
