Pavlova - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
8 oz. granulated sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Whisk egg whites until stiff.
Whisk in sugar slowly.
Beat on high speed until mixture is glossy.
Add vinegar and fold in cornstarch.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Switch off oven and leave to cool in oven.
Place mixture on baking parchment or greaseproof paper.
Bake on ovenproof plate or in a tin.
Fill with cream and strawberries.
