Sesame Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. white wine
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 whole boned and skinned chicken breast
1 (9 oz.) pkg. pasta
1 bunch green onions
1 c. sugar snaps, snow peas or asparagus tips
1 c. julienned carrots
Preparation

Prepare fresh or dry pasta (e.g. linguine).
Cut chicken in bite-size pieces and saute.
Prepare snow peas, sugar snaps or asparagus tips (just blanch crisp-tender).
Cut onions, diagonally, into 1-inch pieces.
