Tea Cake Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla or choice
Preparation

Cream the butter.
Add sugar and well beaten egg.
Add salt and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add them to mixture, a little at a time, alternating with the milk until all are mixed.
Roll 1/8 inch thick.
Cut into cakes and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
