Party Bread Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1 small onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) jar pimiento-stuffed olives, drained and finely chopped
pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Serve spread on party rye bread or crackers.
Garnish with olive slices, if desired. Yields about 2 cups.
