Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom gravy
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except gravy.
    Shape into oblong patties. Brown in skillet; drain fat.
    Add gravy.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
