Heavenly Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. roast
1 large onion, sliced
4 large potatoes, sliced thick
4 large carrots
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. water
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Spread flour in bottom of cooking bag.
Put roast in the bag. Add potatoes, onion and carrots.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Add water to bag and seal.
Punch a few holes in top of bag to prevent an explosion.
Cook on 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
