Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir the sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
    Add the oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Next, add the zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased/Pam loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool before removing.
