Pork Chops Spadaro - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 loin, rib or blade pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. dried, crumbled rosemary or 1 Tbsp. fresh
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet and add pork chops.
Brown well.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add onion, rosemary and chicken broth. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
