Beefy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 cans Campbell's beef consomme soup
    salt
Preparation
    Salt chicken; set aside.
    Melt margarine; add rice, onion and soup.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Lay chicken on top of mixture, pushing down into liquid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
