Lemon Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped until it holds a soft shape
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fold the whipped cream into the mayonnaise.
    Gradually stir in lemon rind and juice.
    Season well and add mustard to taste.
    Add 1 tablespoon water to thin the dressing if necessary.
    Makes about 1 cup.
