Cut Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter; add flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add milk (stirring constantly); cook until thick.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
    Add beans.
    Layer mixture with Swiss cheese in casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
