Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    2 onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. apricot jam
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut chicken into eighths.
    Place in a large baking dish, skin side down.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Saute onions in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour ingredients over chicken and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn skin side up.
    Bake 20 minutes, basting frequently.
