Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, salted, stewed and deboned
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. shredded process American cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place stewed chicken breasts in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish.
    Top with broccoli.
    Melt margarine over low heat in a small saucepan.
    Add soup, milk and sour cream.
    Cook over low heat just until warmed.
    Pour sauce over broccoli layer. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
