Ingredients

1/2 lb. franks
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Halve franks lengthwise; place in skillet.
Blend flour with 2 tablespoons water; add remaining water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and mustard.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour over franks.
Cover, simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
