Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar (not packed)
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. water
2 rounded Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 c. evaporated milk (canned milk)
Preparation

Blend brown sugar and flour.
Add water, then milk.
Cook until it thickens.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
Pour into baked crust and top with egg white meringue.
