Blender Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 banana, peach or nectarine, peeled and cut in chunks
1/2 c. low-fat milk or low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
1 Tbsp. natural bran
1 egg (optional)
Preparation

In blender or food processor, combine banana, milk, honey, bran and egg (if using egg); process until smooth.
Pour into tall glass.
Serves 1.
