Chicken Tetrazzini 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen or 5 breasts and thighs (little more), skin if desired
    1 lb. box spaghetti
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine, cut down
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 large bell pepper
    1 can English peas
    1 large jar diced pimiento
    1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes and green chilies)
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 3 1/2 quarts of water.
    Cook spaghetti in broth.
    Save broth.
    Put cheese in broth.
    Add chicken and spaghetti.
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Stir everything together in pot.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well.
