Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (1.1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix and put in casserole dish.
    Top with 12 saltines, crumbled or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
