Indian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
pinch of salt
3 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cooking oil
milk
Preparation

Add enough milk to other ingredients to make a stiff dough. Add milk, mixing with hands until stiff dough is formed.
Add flour if sticky.
Roll out and use your favorite cookie cutters or cut in squares.
Fry 3 to 5 minutes, until golden, then turn. Remove when they float to top.
Eat plain or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
