Sugar-Free Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sugar-free pudding (any flavor)
    1 egg
    2 or 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix pudding according to directions on box.
    When set, add egg, Bisquick and nuts.
    Roll into small balls; mash with fork. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle Equal on top when they are cool.
