Potato Chip Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation

Melt butter.
Crunch potato chips and add pepper and garlic salt.
Dip chicken pieces in butter and roll in crumbs.
Place pieces in pan, skin side up, making sure they are not touching. Pour remaining butter and crumbs over top of chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Do not turn chicken.
