Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mashed banana or drained crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar.
    Stir in cottage cheese and fruit; add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
