English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    corn meal
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and margarine until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.
    Make a well in 5 cups of flour.
    Pour in milk and water.
    Mix with a fork.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Add 1 more cup of flour, a little at a time, kneading after each addition.
    May only use 1/2 cup of flour.
