Cheese Beer Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
6 tsp. or 6 cubes chicken bouillon
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. beer (alcohol will evaporate)
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, water, butter and bouillon.
Bring to boil, covered.
Reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender.
