Ham Quiche Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoke ham
Preparation
    Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board.
    Knead 5 times.
    Press dough on bottom and up sides of greased 12-inch pizza pan with floured hands.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix eggs, sour cream, cheese, onions and onion salt; pour over crust.
    Sprinkle ham over egg mixture.
    Bake until set, about 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
